Product Delivery Conditions:

• Delivery Place: Only Gulshan- 1/2, Mohakhali, Banani, Badda, Shahjadpur, Natun Bazar, Kuril, Uttara, Airport, Dhanmondi, Mirpur DOHS, Baridhara, Bashundhara, Norda, Rampura.
• Delivery Charge: Free, if the order amount is above Tk. 1000.
• Delivery charge of Tk. 100 is applicable if the order amount is between Tk. 500 and Tk. 900 (by Phone Order).
• Minimum order amount for Daily Shopping items is Tk. 1000.

Delivery Time: For perishable products, Product will be delivered within 1-3 hours after your order is confirmed by our customer care representative. After 4 pm order will be treated as next-day order.

Product change/Return: No change will be applicable which are already delivered to customer. If product quality or quantity problem found then customer must contact our support team on delivery time with presence of Lavender Delivery Boy.
